Material Collection

The Burg Giebichenstein University of Art and Design Halle opened it's material collection (Burg Materialsammlung) in November 2015. This unique collection is an educational platform for new and unconsidered materials and technologies. One of our favorite guests was KiKA – Germany's popular children's TV channel – featuring mushroom materials in the "Earth to Future" (Erde an Zukunft) show.
